The package covers floor plan design, opskrba opremom, shipping and installation support for a venue of roughly 500 do 2000 square metres. Zones typically include soft play for younger children, a trampoline court for older ones, an arcade row, a toddler area and one or two party rooms, with a reception, kafić, lockers and toilets sized to the peak capacity. Ticketing and session planning are agreed before installation so the equipment matches the business model.

Guests should meet the attractions in order of commitment: the free viewing area first, then ticketed play, then the paid extras. Put the cafe where parents can watch the soft play area, keep the trampoline court away from the quiet toddler zone, and place the arcade along the exit route so it captures guests on the way out rather than distracting them on the way in. A venue planning this transition in stages often starts with a soft play center paket and adds the rest later.

Indoor revenue is decided by ticket structure. Timed sessions control capacity on trampolines, unlimited play suits soft play, and arcade credit drives incremental spend. Birthday parties are usually the single most profitable line in the building, so design the party room with its own entrance and its own storage, and make sure a party can run without closing the main play floor.

An FEC runs on routines: hourly cleaning of soft play and ball pools, daily inspection of netting and padding, weekly checks of trampoline beds and arcade machines, and a written logbook that facility management and inspectors can both read. Train staff across zones rather than one role each, so peak days and staff absences do not close attractions.
