Do You Provide Installation Teams and Training?

Installation is where a project either lands cleanly or drifts, and the deciding factor is usually the site, not the crew.

This is how installation and training are normally organised for overseas projects, and what the buyer needs to have ready before the team arrives.

The first option is a full installation team travelling with the shipment to assemble, commission and hand over the rides. The second is supervisory support, where local labour carries out the work under the guidance of a factory technician – cheaper for the client, and practical when local contractors are competent and the schedule is generous. The choice depends on the ride type, the site and the availability of local labour, and it should be agreed before shipping.

Commissioning is more than switching the ride on. It covers assembly verification against the drawings, electrical checks, mechanical adjustment, running the ride through its full cycle envelope, restraint and brake testing, and load verification where the design requires it. Only after those steps are signed off should the ride carry guests, and the records become part of the park’s inspection file.

Operator training happens on the machine: start up, pakrovimo disciplina, suvaržymo patikrinimai, emergency stop, evacuation and shutdown. Maintenance training is separate, covering the daily and weekly inspection routine, lubrication points, fault codes and the replacement of common wear parts. Train at least two people per role, because a single trained operator makes every leave day a closed attraction.

Before the team arrives, foundations must be cured and level, the power supply must reach the control panel position, access must allow the container truck and crane to work, and a secure storage area must be available. Handover documentation – manuals, drawings, schematics and test records – should be received and filed at the same time.
