Wind is the real risk factor, so a written shutdown rule for strong gusts protects both guests and the owner, and it should be part of staff training.

Coated fabric lasts years when it is kept dry. Clean and disinfect surfaces regularly, dry the unit fully before folding, and store it away from direct sun to slow the degradation of the PVC coated fabric. Keep a repair kit with matching fabric and adhesive, because a five minute patch in the morning is cheaper than a closed attraction at the weekend.
