Factory Testing Before Shipment
The ride was assembled at the factory, run through its full cycle and checked for restraint locking, drive behaviour, braking and control response. Packing and Shipping
Sections were crated by sub-assembly with the seating, light bars and control cabinet packed separately and clearly labelled. Installation and Commissioning
Erection followed the factory sequence with torque values recorded, and commissioning covered drive, brakes, beperkings, emergency stop and the audio and lighting programme. Staff were trained on start-up, loading and shutdown, with a second session for maintenance staff on the inspection routine and the common wear parts.
