From Sub Assemblies to Full Assembly
Fabrication is inspected in stages: structural welds, machining, electrical panel assembly and finish. What Happens When Something Fails The Test
A test failure is a normal event, not an emergency: the part is reworked or replaced and the test repeated, with the corrected result recorded.
