A slide world earns in a hot climate because it is physical, outdoor and cheap to operate – and it works even better when it is paired with water.
This project combined a multi lane slide complex with family swings, small kiddie rides and a water attraction, arranged so guests move from dry to wet play across the day.

Designing the Slide Complex
The slide complex was built with multiple lanes and mixed chute profiles so guests of different confidence levels can ride side by side. Run out length and landing zones were designed for the fastest guest rather than the average, and the tower position was chosen so climbing guests never meet sliding guests.
Sombra, Heat and Water Use
In a hot climate shade and water are revenue decisions rather than comfort details. Shade covers the busiest slides and the seating, and the water attraction keeps families on site through the middle of the day. Drainage was designed to handle both the water ride and heavy winter rain on the same site.
Family Rides Around the Anchor
Swings and kiddie rides were placed around the slide complex to spread load and give younger visitors their own options. Small rides also fill the shoulder hours, when the slides are quiet but families are still arriving.
Operating a Mixed Dry and Wet Park
Daily checks cover slide surfaces, paredes laterais, handrails and water quality, with weekly inspection of tower fixings and netting. The park runs one ticket desk for both zones, and staff are trained to rotate between dry and wet areas.
