Every export project tells a story about trust, coordination, and problem-solving. One story we are proud of is the delivery of a YUDINIS indoor playground to an Indonesian operator in 2025. The project shows how a turnkey supplier can take an overseas buyer from first inquiry to a ready-to-open indoor playground without the usual chaos of cross-border projects.

indoor playground installation

The Challenge

The customer, an Indonesian entertainment operator, wanted a commercial indoor playground that would work in a tropical climate and compete in a market already full of play venues. Like many investors in the region, they were cautious: they needed clear pricing, a realistic timeline, and confidence that the equipment would be safe, durável, and easy to install. A fragmented approach of buying equipment from different sources was not an option for them.

How We Worked Together

The project started with a detailed inquiry about the available space, idades alvo, e orçamento. Our design team prepared a layout with play zones and a 3D preview, so the customer could see exactly what they were buying. After the quotation was confirmed, JUDICIÁRIO manufactured the estrutura de jogo suave, diapositivos, and themed elements in our own factory, with quality checks against international standards such as EM 1176 at every stage. The equipment was then packed for export and shipped to Indonesia, supported by installation drawings and clear communication throughout.

The Result

The customer received a complete indoor playground package with everything needed to open: main structures, soft play components, poços de bolinhas, and themed decoration, plus installation guidance for their local team. Because the project was managed by one manufacturer, there were no mismatched parts, no missing drawings, and no finger-pointing between suppliers. The operator was able to focus on what matters: preparing the venue, training staff, and marketing to local families.

Why This Project Mattered

The Indonesia market is competitive, and customers are careful about where they invest. This project mattered to us because it showed that the right process can remove the fear from an overseas order. From the first message to the final delivery, the customer knew what was being produced, when it would ship, and how it would be installed. Clear communication in English, honest timelines, and a single point of contact made the difference. For the operator, the result was an indoor playground they could open with confidence, built to handle tropical conditions and daily commercial use.

What This Means for You
