Every hour spent testing at the factory saves a week on site, because a fault found in China costs a phone call and a fault found overseas costs a crane.
This is the sequence we run before any ride is packed, and the records the client receives before the container doors close.

Key Specifications
| Item | Reference |
|---|---|
| Stage 1 | Sub assembly inspection during fabrication |
| Stage 2 | Full assembly at the factory |
| Stage 3 | Function and control testing |
| Stage 4 | Load testing where the design requires it |
| Records | Test sheets, photographs and video |
| Result | Faults found before shipment, not on opening day |
All figures are reference values and are confirmed in the engineering proposal for your site. Test records are the practical face of quality control, and they travel with the machine.

From Sub Assemblies to Full Assembly
Fabrication is inspected in stages: structural welds, machining, electrical panel assembly and finish. The ride is then assembled at the factory as it will stand on site, so tolerances, clearances and interfaces are proven with the actual parts rather than on paper. Assembly photographs are taken at each stage and shared with the client.
Function, Control and Load Testing
The machine is run through its full cycle envelope: start, stop, emergency stop, restraint locking, brake response, speed and travel limits. Controls are tested in every operating mode, and lighting, sound and drive systems are checked together as a show. Where the design calls for it, loads are applied and measurements recorded against the design values.
Test Records and Client Sign Off
The client receives test sheets, photographs, video of the ride running, and the electrical and mechanical documentation set. That pack is the evidence used later during commissioning and inspection, and it is the reason a defect found on site can be traced quickly to a specific assembly step rather than guessed at.
What Happens When Something Fails The Test
A test failure is a normal event, not an emergency: the part is reworked or replaced and the test repeated, with the corrected result recorded. What matters is that the failure happened before the container was loaded. The same discipline applies to every product family we build, from a techno jump ride to a full sized wheel.
Options and Theming
Everything visible is yours to define: Test scope, documentation pack and inspection access.
Every unit leaves a 125,000 square metre factory in China with test records, drawings and a recommended spares list, which is what a manufacturing partner should hand over rather than simply invoice. Family rides ship with restraint specifications, cycle profiles and capacity figures for each configuration.
Send your park plan and the age groups you want to serve – we will return a layout with capacity, power requirement and pricing.
