Building the Inspection System
Every ride needs a written schedule with four levels: daily checks before opening, weekly mechanical inspection, monthly torque and lubrication, and an annual structural and electrical review. Assign each task to a named person, record it against the ride number, and keep the log where the operator works rather than in an office.
