Equipment rarely arrives damaged because of the sea voyage – it arrives damaged because of how it was packed and how the container was loaded.

This is how we pack a shipment so that the crew on site opens crates in the order they need them, and finds everything where the drawings say it is.

Mga Pangunahing Detalye

item Sanggunian
Crating By sub assembly, numbered against drawings
Protection Steel treated, mouldings separated, panels sealed
Loading Packed in installation sequence
Documentation Packing list matched to drawings
Inspeksyon Photographs before doors close
Result Fewer site delays and less damage

Rides travel by containerization, so packing and loading plans follow international shipping practice.

ride crating and protection

Crating by Sub Assembly

Parts are crated by sub assembly rather than by size, and each crate is numbered against the installation drawings. That means the crew on site opens one crate per stage instead of searching through a container. Moulded parts, electrical panels and instruments travel separately with foam protection and sealed packaging.

Protection for the Voyage

Structural steel is treated for a sea crossing, machined surfaces are greased and wrapped, and painted items are separated so they cannot rub in transit. Electrical cabinets travel with desiccant and are sealed against humidity, because moisture damage inside a control panel is expensive and invisible until commissioning.

Loading in Installation Sequence

The loading plan is the reverse of the installation sequence: parts needed first sit nearest the doors. Heavy sections are secured with timber and strapping to prevent movement, and load distribution keeps the container within limits. A copy of the loading plan travels with the shipment and is shared with the client in advance.

Documentation and Pre Departure Inspection

Before the doors close we photograph the loaded container, verify the packing list against the drawings, and send the file to the client with the shipping documents. That single step settles most questions about shortages before the vessel sails, and it is standard practice on every project, mula sa a 46m ferris wheel down to a package of kiddie rides.
