Ten attractions in a single project is a layout problem before it is a purchasing decision – which is why the ride mix was planned against walkway flow and age groups.

The package covered carousel and family rides, a compact thrill portfolio and a trampoline area, giving the park several price points from the first season.

Designing the Layout First

Each attraction was placed to balance load across the site: high capacity family rides near the entrance, thrill rides along the back edge where their noise and height do not disturb the rest, and play equipment beside the food and seating area. That arrangement spreads guests instead of stacking them at one end of the park.

Matching Rides to Age Groups

The mix deliberately covers three audiences: young families with a carousel and gentle rides, teenagers with a small cluster of thrill machines, and children with trampolines and play installations. Operators with a balanced mix earn through the week rather than only at weekends, which is what makes a project of this size viable.

Installation Programme

Deliveries were scheduled so that foundations and services were finished ahead of each shipment, and installation ran in parallel with landscaping where the two did not conflict. Local labour worked under factory supervision, which keeps cost manageable while protecting assembly tolerances.

Operations From Day One

Staff were trained on each ride type during commissioning, and the park opened with a documented daily inspection routine and a spares list for the machines most likely to wear. Multi-attraction parks like this one follow the same operating logic we describe in our guide to carnival ride packages.

Design Options

Customization covers the parts guests actually notice: Ride mix, layout, theming and phasing.

Every unit leaves a 125,000 square metre factory in China with test records, drawings and a recommended spares list, which is what a manufacturing partner should hand over rather than simply invoice. Project work includes layout drawings, phased equipment lists and documentation you can hand straight to a local contractor.

Give us the site details and the deadline you are working to – we will map the phases, the equipment and the cost outline against it.
