Two double deckers in one order is a statement about how the operator sees the market: the carousel is the anchor, and it is expected to be photographed every evening.
Both units were specified with full lighting and music packages, and the installations were planned so each site could open without disrupting existing attractions.

Specification for Family Markets
In markets where families visit together, a two storey carousel earns from grandparents as well as children. The specification prioritised comfortable boarding, generous platform space and a lighting programme that works after dark, when most families visit.
Shipping Two Large Machines
Two carousels mean more containers, so the loading plan was coordinated across the whole order: parts grouped per machine, but sections ordered so each site could be assembled independently. Packing lists were separated by unit, which keeps two installations from becoming one confusing pile of crates.
Installation and Commissioning
Each installation followed the same four stage sequence – platform and column, rotating frame and drive, upper structure and stairs, then figures, trim and lighting – with commissioning and restraint checks before guests boarded. Training covered loading discipline, restraint checks and the emergency procedure.
Operating Two Storey Carousels Profitably
Two storey machines trade well into the evening, when the lighting becomes the attraction as much as the ride. Operators schedule short cycles at peak times and longer cycles in quiet periods, and keep spare lamps and figure fittings on site. The routine is the same one we recommend for any double decker carousel.
Design Options
The following details are matched to your park: Theme, figures, colours, canopy and lighting.
We build attractions rather than resell them, which is why technical questions come back as drawings instead of brochures – and why a 125,000 m² production base can absorb customisation without moving your delivery date. Project work includes layout drawings, phased equipment lists and documentation you can hand straight to a local contractor.
Send your plot plan, budget range and target opening date – we will return a phased proposal you can take straight to your board.
