In markets where power and fuel are expensive and skilled ride technicians are scarce, non-powered play is the most reliable way to open a family attraction.
This project built a play park around a slide complex with climbing and swing structures, designed so a small team can supervise the whole site.

Designing for Low Operating Cost
The park carries no motors, no fuel and no ride operators, only attendants and cleaners. All the investment sits in structures, surfacing and shade, and the maintenance routine is visual inspection plus periodic bolt and net checks – a model that survives where spare parts are hard to obtain.
Equipment Mix and Zoning
A multi lane slide complex anchors the park, with climbing and balancing elements for older children and swings and sand play for younger visitors. The toddler area sits closest to the seating so parents can supervise from one place, which is also the most efficient use of staff.
Surfacing and Heat Management
Impact surfacing was laid per zone with fall heights recorded, and shade covers the busiest structures plus the seating. In a hot climate the shade determines whether families stay through the middle of the day, which is the difference between a busy park and an empty one.
Opening and Running the Park
Equipment shipped with installation drawings, and local teams assembled under factory supervision before commissioning checks. The park opened with a written inspection routine and a small spares shelf, following EN 1176 based playground safety practice.
What You Can Tailor
You decide the look, we keep the engineering standard: Layout, equipment mix, surfacing and shade.
We build attractions rather than resell them, which is why technical questions come back as drawings instead of brochures – and why a 125,000 sqm production base can absorb customisation without moving your delivery date. Non-powered structures ship with fall height data and surfacing recommendations for every platform and slide exit.
Share the site layout and we will produce a zone plan showing structures, surfacing, drainage and the sequence to build them in.
