Mobile carnival operators buy a different machine from fixed parks: it has to be transportable, foundation free and quick to erect at each new pitch.

This project was a custom build for a family carnival business that moves between fairs and festivals, so transport and setup time were part of the design brief.

Key Specifications

Item Reference
Country Turkey
Project type Custom mobile carnival ride
Contract value USD 130,150 class project
Client type Family carnival business
Specification No foundation requirement, mobilised design
Scope Custom build, shipping and installation support

All figures are reference values and are confirmed in the engineering proposal for your site. Guests feel the acceleration on every bounce, which is what makes the ride feel longer than its cycle. See Acceleration. Operators planning a similar project usually start from our techno jump ride.

Designing for No Foundations

Mobile rides use ballast and a self supporting base rather than concrete. Load distribution, ballast weight and the platform design were agreed around the actual pitches the operator uses, because ground conditions change from one fair to the next.

Transport and Erection Time

The machine was designed to fold or dismantle into transportable sections, with the heaviest parts positioned for a single crane or forklift. Erection sequence and tool list were documented so the family crew can set the ride up in a working session and check it before doors open.

Custom Ride Motion

The customer specified a custom motion profile for the local market, which was prototyped and tested at the factory before shipment. That factory test matters more on mobile rides than fixed ones, because a fault at a fairground cannot wait for a parts delivery.

Spares on the Road

A mobile operator carries consumables: restraint parts, pins, lamps and connectors. The original order included a recommended spares kit, and the ride documentation includes torque values and lubrication points that the crew can follow at any pitch – practical guidance rather than a workshop manual.

Customization and Site Fit

You decide the look, we keep the engineering standard: Motion profile, theming, lighting and transport configuration.

As a direct supplier we control the whole chain: engineering, production, factory testing and export packing all take place inside a 125,000 square metre production base, and the spare parts list follows the machine to your site. Project work includes layout drawings, phased equipment lists and documentation you can hand straight to a local contractor.

Send your plot plan, budget range and target opening date – we will return a phased proposal you can take straight to your board.
