Indonesian investors are careful, and they should be – land is expensive, permits take time and a park that opens with the wrong attractions is hard to fix later.
The three entry models below are the ones we see working, and each has a different risk profile, capital requirement and payback rhythm.

Pangunang Detalye
| butang | Reperensya |
|---|---|
| Approach | Start with proven attractions, expand with revenue |

Opsyon 1: A Non-Powered Park
Non-powered parks suit Indonesia extremely well: low operating power, no mechanical ride maintenance, long opening hours and a product that families understand immediately. The capital goes into structures, pag-ibabaw, shade and landscaping, and the park can open in phases, adding slides and water play as revenue allows. This is the model we develop most often for Indonesian clients, and the planning logic is set out in our non powered park in Indonesia giya.
Opsyon 2: Indoor Playground or Family Entertainment Centre
Where land is unavailable or the weather is unforgiving, an indoor venue concentrates revenue into a smaller, more controllable space. A soft play centre with a cafe and party rooms can open in a mall or a converted building, and it can be expanded into a family entertainment centre with trampolines and arcade machines later. The critical decisions are the floor plan, the age zoning and the ticket model – not the equipment list.
Opsyon 3: A Ride Package for an Existing Destination
Resorts, malls and existing parks often add rides rather than build a park, and this is the lowest risk entry of all because the footfall already exists. A family package of four to six rides can be installed on a prepared area and opened within a season, using the destination’s existing marketing and staff. Choose attractions that load quickly and appeal to several age groups, then add the landmark ride once the site has proven demand.
Choosing Suppliers and Protecting the Investment
Look for a supplier that provides drawings, load test documentation and installation support, not only a price list. Confirm the after-sales channel, the spare parts policy and the training that comes with the machines, and check whether the supplier has delivered into tourism in Indonesia or comparable tropical markets. The cheapest container is rarely the cheapest project once installation and maintenance are counted.
