India is a market with thousands of small and mid-size parks, and projects there are won on reliability and after-sales rather than on price alone.
This order supplied a machinery package for an established operator, with the ride selection matched to existing attractions rather than duplicating what the park already ran.

All figures are reference values and are confirmed in the engineering proposal for your site. Drive components such as electric motor units are standardised across the package to simplify spares. See Electric motor. Operators planning a similar project usually start from our carnival rides package.

Selecting Rides That Complement the Park
The starting point was what the park already operated. New attractions were chosen to fill gaps – capacity where queues were longest, a family ride where the mix was too thrill heavy, and a children ride for the youngest guests. Adding to a park is a different exercise from opening one.
Shipping and Documentation
Machinery travelled in containers loaded by assembly sequence, with packing lists matched to drawings and photographs taken before the doors closed. For a market where customs documentation is scrutinised, having the file complete before the vessel sails avoids the delays that cost Indian operators entire festival seasons.
Installation Without Closing the Park
Installation was planned around trading: work zones were fenced, deliveries scheduled outside peak hours, and commissioning arranged so the new rides could be tested without disturbing existing attractions. That planning is what allows a park to keep earning during an expansion.
Service and Spares in a Large Market
The operator received a recommended spares list and a service schedule per machine, because in a market with long internal transport routes, waiting for an imported part can close a ride for weeks. Consolidating spares with the original shipment is the cheapest way to avoid that.
Customization
Options you can specify before production starts: Ride selection, layout, theming and delivery phasing.
Our 125,000-square-metre production base covers fabrication, moulding, assembly and testing under one roof, so custom work and standard production run side by side without competing for capacity. Project work includes layout drawings, phased equipment lists and documentation you can hand straight to a local contractor.
Send your plot plan, budget range and target opening date – we will return a phased proposal you can take straight to your board.
