Factory Testing Before Shipment
The ride was assembled at the factory, run through its full cycle and checked for restraint locking, drive behaviour, braking and control response. Lights and music were tested as a show rather than as separate systems, because that is how guests experience them. Test records and photographs were shared with the client before the container doors closed.
Packing and Shipping
Sections were crated by sub-assembly with the seating, light bars and control cabinet packed separately and clearly labelled. The loading plan put the platform parts at the doors and the finishing components behind them, matching the installation sequence. That ordering saves days on site and reduces the risk of damage to painted and moulded surfaces.
Installation and Commissioning
Erection followed the factory sequence with torque values recorded, and commissioning covered drive, brakes, restraints, emergency stop and the audio and lighting programme. Staff were trained on start-up, loading and shutdown, with a second session for maintenance staff on the inspection routine and the common wear parts.
Operating a Music Driven Ride
