Almost every Indonesian enquiry begins with the same question, and the honest answer is that the number depends on five cost drivers – four of which are not the rides.
Here is how a park budget is actually built, and how to compare quotations so that the cheapest one does not become the most expensive project.

Pangunang Detalye
| butang | Reperensya |
|---|---|
| Cost drivers | Kagamitan, site works, pagpadala, pag-instalar |
| Equipment share | Usually the largest single line item |
| Civil works | Mga pundasyon, gahum, water and drainage |
| Pagpadala | Container volume plus port and inland charges |
| Pag-phase | Split the investment across seasons |
| Quotation basis | Separated by scope, never one lump sum |

What Decides the Total Cost
The equipment list is only the first line. Foundations and slabs, power supply and distribution, water and drainage, access roads and fencing, shipping and port charges, installation labour and crane hire, then spares and training all sit on top. A park quoted without those lines is not cheaper – the costs simply move to a contractor you have not appointed yet.
Why Phasing Changes the Number
Phasing affects cost in two directions. Splitting the project reduces the peak capital requirement and lets early revenue fund later phases, but it can add shipping and mobilisation cost on the second delivery. The rule that works in practice is to phase by zone – opening one complete area rather than half of three – so guests see a finished park from day one. Ato park project process guide sets out where phasing decisions belong.
How to Compare Quotations
Ask for each quotation to separate equipment, pagpadala, installation support and spare parts, and to state what the buyer arranges locally. Check whether load test documents, drawings, operator training and a spares list are included, and confirm the currency, cost estimate validity period and payment terms. Two quotes that look similar on the total often differ substantially in what the buyer must pay locally.
What to Do Next
Send a plot plan, a target opening date and an indicative budget range. With those three pieces of information a supplier can propose a ride mix that fits the money instead of quoting a wish list, and can phase it so that the park opens on time with a complete experience.
