It looks like a spinning dome, it travels like a small coaster, and it takes up less land than most family attractions – that combination is why the flying saucer stays popular.
A flying saucer ride gives guests the sensation of a coaster loop without the height restrictions and civil works of a full roller coaster.

Flying Saucer Ride Specifications
The standard unit occupies 30 m by 14 m and reaches a maximum height of only 8 m, with a ride track of 27.5 m and 38.6 m of total track length under a 6 m rotating dome. It carries 24 guests, draws 24 kW on a 380 V supply and can be installed on a prepared slab rather than a deep foundation.
A Coaster Feeling Inside a Small Footprint
The dome spins while the carriages follow the track, so guests feel rotation and travel at the same time. That makes the ride a smart companion to a compact coaster package such as our mini shuttle ride, sharing the same platform area, spare parts store and operator pool.
Why Compact Footprints Matter in Indonesian Cities
Land inside Bandung, Surabaya or Jakarta is expensive and often irregular. A ride that fits a 30 m by 14 m rectangle can be dropped into a mall forecourt, a rooftop park or the corner of an existing attraction, and the low 8 m structure usually clears local height limits without a special permit.
Track, Wheels and Preventive Maintenance
The track lining, guide wheels and dome bearings made from polyurethane and steel take the wear, so a weekly walk of the track and a monthly torque check keep the ride smooth. We supply spare wheel sets, dome seals and a lubrication chart with every unit.
Customization
Options you can specify before production starts: Dome artwork, carriage design, lighting and station theming.
