Robot Ride Specifications
The ride uses a robotic body with walking legs or wheels, a moulded character shell and a seated cockpit for one or two guests depending on the model. Motion includes walking, turning, arm movement and head rotation, with speech and sound effects controlled by the attendant. Power comes from an onboard battery pack on free-roaming models, or from a track on guided versions, and every unit includes an attendant remote with an emergency stop.

A robot that patrols the walkway reaches guests who never approach the ride area. Operators route it past the entrance, the food court and the 36 seats ocean carousel at set times, creating a moving photo opportunity that generates free social media content all day.
Choosing Between Walking and Track Versions
Walking models offer freedom and impact but need a smooth, level route, more battery management and a trained operator. Track-guided models are simpler to run, safer in busy areas and easier for a single attendant to manage, which suits venues with heavy foot traffic and limited staff. Decide the route first, then the model – not the other way round.
Battery, Charging and Mechanical Care
Free-roaming models live and die by their battery routine, so charge after every shift, keep a spare pack and log cycle counts. Leg joints, wheel bearings and the servo mechanism that drives arms and head movement need weekly inspection, along with shell fixings that loosen with constant vibration from walking.
