Building a park where the infrastructure is still developing changes the priorities: power reliability, site preparation and phasing matter more than the attraction list.
This project delivered a park in phases, starting with attractions that could run on a stable power arrangement and adding more as the site matured.

Site and Infrastructure First
Before equipment was ordered, the site was reviewed for access, drainage, water and power. Where the grid supply was uncertain, the design allowed for generator backup sized to the ride package, and power distribution was planned so that rides could be isolated rather than shutting the whole park.
Phasing the Attraction List
Phase one concentrated on attractions with predictable power demand and low maintenance: family rides, children equipment and play installations. Thrill rides were added in later phases once the park had trading data and a maintenance team in place – a sequence that reduces risk for a first-time operator.
Installation in a Remote Setting
Remoter sites demand more planning: crane availability, housing for the installation crew, and a secure laydown area for crates. Each shipment was timed so that installation crews and equipment arrived together, and local labour was trained during the build so maintenance knowledge stayed in the country.
Operating in a Developing Market
Pricing, staffing and spares were all planned around local conditions: simple ticket models, flexible opening hours and a spares kit that covers the fastest wearing components. Parks built this way follow the same principle behind our carnival ride package range – buy capacity you can operate reliably today, and expand with revenue.
