The container photograph is the part clients remember, because it is the moment the project stops being a quotation and becomes equipment on the way.
This delivery to Mexico followed the same sequence we use on every tower project: crate by assembly order, load by installation order, and support the crew that puts it together.

All figures are reference values and are confirmed in the engineering proposal for your site. Rotating tower rides rely on centrifugal force balanced by the drive and bearing assembly.

Packing a Tower Ride for the Sea
A tower ride travels as a set of structural sections, gondolas, drive components and electrical panels. Parts are crated by sub-assembly and numbered against the drawings, and the loading plan places the sections needed first at the container doors. Structural steel is protected for the voyage, and easily damaged items such as gondola shells travel in dedicated crates with foam separation.
Assembly on Site
Assembly begins with the foundation and anchor bolt survey, then the tower sections, the rotating structure and finally the gondolas. Torque values, bolt grades and shim positions come from the factory drawings, and we ask for photographs at each stage so the factory can confirm the work remotely. A small crane is enough for a ride of this size.
Commissioning and Safety Checks
Commissioning covers the drive and brake, rotation limits, gondola suspension, restraint locking and the emergency stop, followed by a full operating cycle under load. Guest operations start only after the checks are signed. Records from that day – electrical readings, test results and the handover checklist – become the park’s inspection file.
Running a Family Tower Ride
Samba style rides earn on steady family traffic rather than on extreme thrills, so the operating plan is about short cycles, visible capacity and evening lighting. Operators running a samba balloon tower alongside this ride keep the two attractions on the same maintenance cycle and share one trained operator pool.
Theme and Finish Options
Site-specific choices include: Colours, gondola design, lighting and station theming.
Every unit leaves a 125,000 m² factory in China with test records, drawings and a recommended spares list, which is what a manufacturing partner should hand over rather than simply invoice. Thrill rides ship with structural calculations, load test records and restraint specifications for your inspection file.
Send your plot plan and height limit – we will return a layout showing safety clearances, footing loads and power demand.
