This project paired a slide combination with three smaller non-powered units – a practical mix when the budget goes further by combining attractions rather than buying one large structure.
The slide combination anchors the zone, and the smaller units give younger children their own options so the main slides are not overloaded.

Lane Layout and Run Out
Lane count and chute profiles were chosen for family use, with enough run out that guests come to a stop before the landing zone edge. Side walls and entry handrails were specified for wet conditions, and the landing area was kept separate from the main circulation so waiting guests never cross a slide exit.
Balancing the Mix
The three play units were chosen for different ages and abilities: one for toddlers, one climbing and balancing element, and one for group play. Spreading interest across four installations raises the number of children the zone holds and reduces the queue pressure that appears when one attraction carries the whole park.
Installation and Site Preparation
Concrete pads and surfacing levels were completed before the container arrived, so installation ran inside the planned window with no site delays. Chutes are moulded composite and frames are protected steel, so the handover focused on joint checks, side wall fixings and the surfacing survey.
Maintenance for a Slide Led Zone
Daily checks cover chute surfaces, handrails and landing areas; weekly work covers joint bolts, frame fixings and netting where fitted. Damaged gel coat is repaired before water reaches the laminate, which is the single most important habit for fibreglass slides in a wet climate.
Made to Fit Your Park
You decide the look, we keep the engineering standard: Lane count, chute profiles, colours and play unit selection.
The manufacturer here is the factory itself: design, steelwork, moulding, assembly and testing all happen inside a 125,000 square metre production base, and every unit is run under load before it is packed. Non-powered structures ship with fall height data and surfacing recommendations for every platform and slide exit.
Send your plot plan and surfacing preference – we will return a layout with fall heights, shade strategy and a phased equipment list.
