A park project does not fail at the factory – it fails at the handover points, where a drawing, a container or an installation team moves between two parties.
This is the process we follow on every overseas project, and understanding it before you sign keeps the opening date and the budget under control.

Stage 1 et 2: Site Review and Concept Layout
Everything begins with the plot: dimensions, soil, access, pouvoir, water and local regulations. From that we produce a concept layout that places the entrance, walkways, ride zones and service areas, and we recommend a ride mix that fits the space and the target audience. Clients who invest time at this stage avoid the most expensive mistake in the industry, which is buying attractions that do not fit the site.
Stage 3: Citation, Scope and Phasing
A useful quotation separates equipment from civil works, expédition, installation and spare parts, because those costs fall into different budgets and different years. Agree what is included at the factory gate, what the buyer arranges locally and where responsibility changes hands. Phasing the purchase so that foundations, first rides and second phase additions arrive in a logical order is normal practice, and it is far cheaper than storing equipment.
Stage 4 et 5: Production, Testing and Shipping
Production starts against approved drawings, and every ride is assembled and tested at the factory before shipment, which is where electrical and mechanical defects should be found. Container loading is planned per ride so that parts arrive in installation sequence, and packing lists are matched to the drawings. Buyers should ask for test reports, load test records and photographs before the container doors are closed – refer to containerization standards when planning cargo.
Stage 6 et 7: Installation, Opening and After Sales
Installation follows the sequence in the drawing set, ends with commissioning and load testing, and finishes with operator training on the actual machines rather than on a manual. After opening, the relationship continues through spare parts, technical support and scheduled inspection guidance. A supplier such as our amusement park project team should be measured on how quickly it answers in year two, not on how fast it quoted in month one.
