Designing the Route
The trail was laid out as a loop with alternating high and low sections, one slide in the middle rather than at the exit, and two route options for different confidence levels. Stations sit close enough that supervising adults can watch several at once, and the loop means nobody has to walk back through the busiest part of the course.

Posts and frames are protected steel with themed cladding, and the netting is specified for wet conditions because a tropical park rarely has a dry week. Weekly inspections cover netting, ropes, bolt torque, slide joints and surfacing depth, with a written log kept on site. Repairs are deliberately small and frequent: re-tensioning a net, replacing a worn rope grip, topping up surfacing.
